The mission of the New York Area Committee for Heritage is to extend the influence of conservative ideas and principles in the New York area, and to support Heritage’s Mission and Vision for America, by recruiting new members to the President’s Club and educating local policymakers and their influencers about Heritage’s policy recommendations.

Community Committee Members are leaders in the New York metro area and supporters of The Heritage Foundation. At the invitation of Heritage’s President, Ed Feulner, these members are asked to undertake two key responsibilities:

  • Lead Heritage’s fundraising efforts in the greater New York area;
  • Introduce Heritage to policymakers and those who influence policymakers.
